Have you ever wanted to spoil a mom to be? If so, a maternity milk bath session is the way to do it! There’s pampering with hair and makeup, relaxation with a warm milk bath, and the moments fully captured. A perfect day for a mother to be!
Elise found me through instagram to photograph her birth and also hired me for her maternity and newborn sessions as well. I love when clients let me be part of one of the most special times in their life. It is such a blessing to capture their family growing and then turn into their family photographer. Elise came to me with the idea of doing a milk bath for her maternity session and I instantly fell in love with the idea. The only issue is that she didn’t have that light and airy bathroom look, but I had the perfect idea. I told her about Babies In Bloom Birth Center and told her about the gorgeous rooms that they have there, it’s something that you have to see for yourself, they’re stunning! Hearing the words Birth Center made her a little worried but she trusted me.
On the morning of the session, Elise showed up at Babies In Bloom with her makeup done by Shelby McElroy. She looked AMAZING! Then we went to pick out which room we wanted. When Elise’s friend and florist at Furrow Floral Co showed up, she was stunned at how gorgeous the room was! Elise brought a dress in two different colors for the milk bath, so of course we had to try out both! Elise was able to relax in the milk bath while she was showered with flowers. It was definitely the most relaxed maternity session I have been a part of!
